The controller's identifying and contact details will be published once confirmed.
Data we handle
Identifying and contact details provided voluntarily, and sporting information about the driver shared in the evaluation. When the driver is a minor, the data is provided by their parent, mother or legal guardian.
Website and messaging
This website does not store the evaluation: the answers stay in your browser until you send them yourself over WhatsApp. From that moment the conversation is governed by the messaging provider's own terms.
Purpose
To assess the request, answer the enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. Data is not used for automated commercial profiling.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, afterwards, for the legally required periods.
Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by contacting the controller, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
